Sarah Jane Ramos posts gym photo after canceling wedding to Dak Prescott

Sarah Jane Ramos, the former fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, shared an Instagram Story photo of herself with a friend at the gym days after the couple announced the cancellation of their wedding. The post was captioned "Growth in all forms."^[1]

Ramos and Prescott, who have two children together—a daughter born in November 2022 and a son born in January 2024—had planned to marry on April 10, 2026, in Lake Como, Italy.^[2]^[3]

In a joint note to their wedding guests, the couple stated: "As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers."^[1]^[4]

A representative for Ramos told People magazine the decision was mutual, with no big argument or blow-up beforehand.^[5]

The breakup became public earlier this month. It marked one of Ramos's first social media posts since then.^[1]

Prescott, 31, has been the Cowboys' starting quarterback since 2016. He signed a four-year, $240 million contract extension with the team in September 2024.^[6]

The couple attended events together in Dallas in May 2024, including Prescott's Faith Fight Finish Foundation gala on May 17 and a David Yurman in-store event on May 16.^[1]
